Film Manufacturing
Film Manufacturing
Functional films are used in a variety of fields, including household goods, foods, automobiles, flat-screen TVs, electronic components, and battery materials. In the film manufacturing process, it is necessary to avoid the adhesion of contamination of several tens of microns in size, as it can cause appearance defects. There are also processes that require the measures to prevent the adhesion of fine particles (0.3/0.5μm), which can lead to poor performance of the film itself. Various controls are necessary depending on the type of film.
In functional films manufacturing process, air cleanliness is generally checked on a daily basis by using optical particle counter. In addition, measures are also taken such as washing materials and having workers pass through air showers to prevent foreign matter from being brought into the clean room as much as possible. However, these measures are not sufficient.
Particle Sensing Monitor can find the abnormal events at an early stage by continuous monitoring of fine and large particles.
