FPD Manufacturing
Flat panel display (FPD) is necessory for modern life. There are various types of displays, including LCD, PDP, OLED, and LED displays, and they are used not only in TVs, smartphones, and tablets, but also in electronic devices such as smartwatches and VR goggles these days.
Manufacturing of such displays requires high-density mounting technology, and they are usually manufactured in clean rooms where air cleanliness is ensured because airborne particle adhesion directly affects product quality. Although the performance of clean room itself has recently improved, it is not possible to completely prevent dust caused by humans or manufacturing equipment.
By installing Particle Sensing Monitor, it is possible to monitor abnormalities in real time as a complement to daily inspections using particle counters as standard optical particle counter.
