It is also possible to set alarms in accordance with different control standards for each process, and to manage them all together in a network. Particle Sensing Monitor is available not only for monitoring Fine particles of 0.3 to 0.5 μm and displays the air cleanliness level, but also for monitoring Large particles of several tens of μm in size. Simultaneous measurement of temperature and humidity is also possible by connecting an optional temperature and humidity sensor.
